Why Fuel National Security?

Fuel i s a nonprofit (501c3) founded to enable strategic partnering between commercial companies for the development of targeted commercial applications for leverage by US national security (defense). 

To accomplish this, Fuel has partnered with Seed Engine Studios to design and develop a Public-Private Partnership (P3) Platform to enable easier and more strategic cooperation between US Government (USG) and selected private companies systematically and at scale. Both Fuel and Seed Engine will seek support for this approach and pilot opportunities from Department of War (DoW) and other related USG agencies.

USG needs to develop and acquire superior military capabilities faster, cheaper, more flexibly and more reliably than adversaries. Critical to this is the ability to strategically leverage commercial for defense. With USG support, Fuel’s P3 Platform will enable DoW to strategically access 

• Pipelines of the best talent and most transformational dual-use concepts
• Influence commercial development and scale for defense 
• Strategically access large and continuously expanding reservoirs of cutting-edge dual-use talent, technology, product and production capacity
